Touches of Korea Dinner at L’Espalier

L’Espalier pastry chef Jiho Kim shows off his savory side over an elaborate multi-course menu inspired by his mother country. The edible entertainment, scheduled for Wednesday, July 27th, melds Korean ingredients and flavors with L’Espalier’s refined style of cuisine for one mother of a menu.
