On Monday, June 25th the very clever cocktailers and cookers at No. 9 Park will take on the challenge and debut their brand new cocktail collection alongside a six-course paired menu. The Barbara Lynch-trained kitchen, led by chef de cuisine Patrick Campbell, will prepare a meal filled with decadent dishes like terrine of foie gras with bacon jam and eye-opening drinks like a sparkling tomato-gin concoction. The evening, which costs $168 per person (tax and gratuity not included), begins at 6:00pm with an aperitif and passed hors d’oeuvres.
