Quick – get your tickets for the next Brasstacks pop-up. Scheduled for Monday, June 25th at Formaggio Kitchen, this dinner is all about dairy – from the pasture to the plate. Working with some of Formaggio’s favorite local farms, the Brasstacks team (GM extraordinaire Matthew Schrage of The Hawthorne and chef Marc Sheehan formerly of Menton and Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York) will be putting together an intimate tasting menu paired with beverages (of the adult variety) for $125 per person. They’re keeping mum about the menu for now but we’ll let you know if we hear anything. Make reservations – before they’re all gone - through the Formaggio website.
