As is their custom, the folks at T.W. Food are uncorking some bottles for their Tuesday night wine dinner series. Over the next few weeks, the cozy Cambridge restaurant will feature a selection of options – from Basque Country to France and back to the good ol’ U. S. of A. Chef and owner Tim Wiechmann will be in the kitchen to make sure that you have four courses of appropriate (and delicious) fare to pair with said beverages.
