Scream for Ice Cream at Finale

Chill out with a frosty treat at Finale’s gelato and sorbet pairing on Tuesday, June 19th. Pastry chef Nicole Coady welcomes Ciao Bella’s Erik Gonzales to the Park Square Finale to see how his wares get incorporated into and paired with an array of decadent desserts and drinks. Chocolate gelato accompanies peanut butter pie and Taylor Fladgate ten-year-old tawny port, and the triple chocolate cookie gets matched with the Chocolate Bliss martini.
