What’s the deal with decanting? Get hip to the winey question when Market hosts another installment of their monthly wine series. On both Tuesday, June 12th and Wednesday, June 13th GM and Sommelier Sean Prinz will lead his oenophile students in Decanting 101 where they’ll learn why we should pour out that bottle of red and the right way to do it. Students will get to sample four wines, including Sean Thackrey’s 2006 Petite Sirah and a teenaged Brancaia, plus four small plates – all for $45 per person. If those small plates don’t quite hold you, stay for dinner and you’ll receive a $20 credit towards an entrée. Reservations for the 6:30pm tasting are available via phone – call 617.261.8702.
