With her Beers Across America Dinner, chef Leah DuBois brings brews from all over the US of A to South Boston for one delicious dinner. On Monday, June 11th DuBois and her team will be preparing a regional menu to match up with craft beers (and perhaps a craft beer-based cocktail) from Nebraska (Nebraska Brewing Company), California (Stone Brewing Company), Louisiana (Abita Brewing Company) and Massachusetts (Berkshire Brewing Company). The dinner, which starts at 7:00pm, costs $55 per person (including tax and gratuity) and you won’t have to travel from the Redwood Forest to the Gulf Stream waters (just to P Street in Southie) to enjoy it.
