The team at Catalyst - chef-owner William Kovel, chef de cuisine Anthony Mazzotta and Beverage Manager Jason Kilgore - has culled their favorite summer eats for the new patio menu, which debuts on Friday, June 1st. Available in addition to the regular menu, the al fresco offerings include seasonally-appropriate treats like fried clams with pickled peppers; crispy pork ribs with endive-carrot slaw; and Catalyst's burger, which comes with bacon, cheddar, caramelized onions and roasted tomato on a brioche bun. Check out the whole menu below, then head to Technology Square to give it a try. Keep in mind patio seating at Catalyst is first come, first served but it's also covered and heated so you'll be able to enjoy outdoor dining even if there's a slight chill in the air or a tiny chance of rain.
