Learn to taste like a pro at 51 Lincoln as they host the first of their wine seminars on Monday, May 7th. Sommelier Miguel Escobar has an evening filled with new and old world Pinot Noirs planned as he leads guests through a professional-style tasting complete with tasting sheets, note-taking, scoring and discussion. And because everything is better with meat and cheese, Wasiks cheese shop will be providing their wares and Jeff Fournier and his kitchen team will send out some house-made charcuterie and bread.
