Cooker/Blogger Michael Natkin has put his innovative and flavorful collection of meat-free recipes into one tasty volume: Herbivoracious A Flavor Revolution, with 150 Vibrant and Original Vegetarian Recipes. Filled with creative, globally-inspired dishes, the 320 page book is designed to appeal as much to food lovers as to herbivores with dishes that are as tasty as they are healthy.
