Shroom Around the Room at Urban Grape

As news of their possible expansion explodes all over the interwebs, things at Urban Grape are coming full circle. On Sunday, May 6th, the boutique wine and spirits shop in Chestnut Hill welcomes chef Jim Solomon - he who launched their guest chef series - for Shroom Around the Room, a fungi-themed pop-up. Solomon and his team from The Fireplace will be serving an assortment of small plates - three savory and one sweet and all laden with mushrooms. Urban Grape proprietor TJ Douglas will be picking the pairings - wine, sake, a beer or two, and maybe even a cocktail. The tasting costs $15 per person. Be sure they have room (and shrooms) for you - reserve a spot online.
