Spring is officially here and with it, the promise of light and tasty food. For April and May, Rustic Kitchen's Friday night Cooking Show puts away heavy soups and stews in favor of executive chef Michael Kelly's Baked Stuffed Sole. Host Elizabeth Bramwell will lead you through the process of making the filet de jour along with orzo risotto with saffron, baby artichokes, sun gold tomatoes and spinach with a lemoncello buerre blanc. Each week's cooking demo/dinner at the Park Plaza Studio, which also includes a fruity Spanish white wine pairing of Martin Codax Albarino, costs $75 per person.
