Celebrate Asian Pacific American Heritage Month – also known as May – with the folks at WGBH who have planned quite the shindig. Join in the fun on Thursday, May 3rd as producer Val Wang welcomes America’s Test Kitchen‘s Christine Liu and Aka Bistro‘s Chris Chung for a discussion of Planet Takeout, a documentary about the role of Chinese restaurants in and around Boston. There’ll also be traditional music from the Boston Chinese Drum and Dulcimer Ensemble, a classical Indian dance performance by Mesma Belsare and fusion cuisine from the One World Cuisine empire, which owns and operates Mumbai Chopstix, Mantra and Mela.
