Sommelier Series Continues at Bistro du Midi

Next up in their non-traditional wine education series, the folks at Bistro du Midi invite Edward Mancuso of Ruby Wines to join them as guest star wine guru for Sommelier Night. The regularly scheduled evenings – this one happens to be on Tuesday, May 15th – feature some of the world's top winemakers, each of whom will be joining Sommelier and Beverage Director Todd Lipman on the floor to interact with guests in the dining room - recommending wines from their portfolio and suggesting pairings from Robert Sisca's menus. Mancuso will be showcasing wines of Domaine Pascal Granger. Just book a table in the dining room - you'll get to try some samples and ask any questions you’ve been pondering about the centuries old winery (one of the few in France that uses an old church as part of its production process). Call 617.426.7878 for additional info about the evening’s pours or for a reservation.
