Chef Jason Bond of welcomes third generation winemaker Aldo Rainoldi to join him in the diminutive dining room at Bondir on Tuesday, May 1st. Secure yourself one of the few tables to enjoy five of his wines (which hail from Valtelina in the heart of the Alps) with five courses from Bond's teeny, tiny kitchen. The dinner, available at one 6:30pm seating only, costs $125 per person.
