Quality Time with Chef Toby T. Hill

April showers bring Kobrand wines to Hyannis for the next Wednesday with Chef Toby Hill wine dinner. On Wednesday, April 25th, the Pain D'Avignon chef will be pairing a decadent four-course menu of French fare with selections from the importer's eclectic and exclusive portfolio. The special prix fixe, and its matched wines, costs $75 per person (not including tax and gratuity). Reservations are available at 508.778.8588. A word to the wise - Hill has accepted another position with the HIRO Restaurant Group and will soon be overseeing the menus of both Fresh-Ketch in Hyannis and 586 Bistro in Barnstable. He'll be gone before the May flowers appear so catch him at Pain D'Avignon while you still can.
