Lolita is for Tequila Lovers

Lolita Cocina offers tequila lovers a chance to get to know their beverage of choice even better over monthly tasting dinners. On the first Tuesday of the month, chef Brian Roche will be picking a top shelf tequila and pairing a four-course menu to accompany it. First up: on Tuesday, April 3rd 1800 Tequila will be matched with fiery Mexican dishes like razor clam ceviche with smoked tomatillo, lychees, black pepper, key lime, sea beans, micro cilantro; and flourless chocolate cake with coconut soup and guava sorbet.
