Word is out – the line-up for this year’s Cochon 555 pork party includes Tim Cushman of O Ya, Jamie Bissonnette of Toro and Coppa, Barry Maiden of Hungry Mother, Barbara Lynch of BL Gruppo (which includes No. 9 Park, The Butcher Shop, B&G Oysters, Sportello and Menton) and Fenway Park‘s own Steve Nookie Postal. This year’s porcine showdown is scheduled for Sunday, March 25th at the Mandarin Oriental. Pick up tickets to watch these five masterful cookers compete with their own heritage breed pigs for nose-to-tail supremacy. Tickets, which are available online, cost $125 each for general admission; $200 for VIP which will get you in the door an hour early for some extra porky treats and some schmoozing.
