EAT with Peak at the BCAE

Will Gilson is very busy these days. Happily for amateur chefs he's taking some time out of his jam-packed restaurant-opening schedule to participate in another of the Boston Center for Adult Education Celebrity Chef Series. On Tuesday, March 20th Gilson will team up with the folks from Peak Organic Brewery to show students how to prepare a four course menu and pair it with seasonal brews. The class, which runs from 6:00 to 9:00pm, costs $55 plus $15 for materials. Sign up via the BCAE website.
