Surf and Turf Tutorial at Rustic Kitchen

Keep the grill fired up all season long with the help of Rustic Kitchen‘s Friday night cooking show at the Park Plaza location. For the months of July and August, hosts Liz Bramwell and Catherine O’Brien will demonstrate how to prepare chef Tom Holloway‘s version of surf and turf – that’d be marinated skirt steak with a shrimp, scallops and lobster tail skewer, glazed with chipotle mango BBQ sauce and a fresh mango salsa. There’ll also be a panzanella salad to start things off and a white peach sangria to wash it all down. The $75 ticket includes the 7:00pm demonstration, all food and the sangria.
