Farm to table is pretty much standard fair these days so the folks at Smolak Farms thought they’d do one better and bring a table directly to the farm. Beginning June 29th and occurring every Wednesday until August 24th the North Andover farm, in conjunction with Edible Boston, Gilt City, Le Cordon Bleu, Yelp, Vermont Fresh Network and New England Cooks will host Whim, an outdoor, summer-long dining instillation. Each $60 dinner (which also happens to include a hayride farm tour) will be created and served by a local chef who’ll be cooking for the charity of his or her choice. Each dinner begins at 7:30pm and tickets can be purchased through the Gilt City Boston website. Peruse the schedule of chefs below and then pick your day – but hurry, the offer is only available for purchase through Tuesday, June 21st.
