Pork Appreciation Week at KO Prime

Chef Joshua Buehler takes his love of pork to the next level at KO Prime – his weekly Nose to Tail night becomes a weeklong celebration of the other white meat. From July 26th through the 31st he’ll be serving a special menu that puts to good use all the delicious parts of one locally raised pig. It’s a chance for Buehler to have some fun – and for you to reap the gastronomic rewards. But those aren’t the only up sides – a portion of the proceeds (5% to be precise) from the $35 price tag will be donated to the local chapter of Dress for Success, a non-profit that provides disadvantaged women with professional attire.
