Springy Vegan Dinners from Steven Brand

If there was ever a time of year to be vegan – this is it. Farmers markets (and restaurant refrigerators) are brimming with locally grown, fresher-than-fresh fruits and veggies. Give going meat-free a try – even if it’s just for one night – at the spring and summer installments of UpStairs on the Square‘s Vegan Dinner Series. On Wednesday, June 8th, Wednesday, July 27th and Wednesday, August 24th, chef Steven Brand will be preparing delicious four-course meat-and-dairy-free dinners that’ll satisfy even the most enthusiastic of carnivores.
