Slicing and Dicing at Sel de la Terre

Chef Daniel Bojorquez is at it again – and by it, we mean teaching folks exactly how it is that he does that culinary voodoo he does so well. On Monday, July 25th the Sel de la Terre Natick chef will teach another of his cooking classes, this time on the topic of knife skills. After the demo, students will be treated to a three-course meal, complete with some of the items that were just being julienned and brunoised.
