Bokx 109 Celebrates Feestdag

The Fourth of July and Bastille Day may get top billing as summer’s big celebrations of independence, but chef Jarrod Moiles wants to be sure Belgium gets its due. On Thursday, July 21st, Bokx 109 observes Belgian National Day with a special Palm pairing for Feestdag (also known as Party Day). Diners can choose from plates of steak frites with chimichurri; grilled andouille sausage with burgundy braised onion and crostinis; and fried haddock with Palm beer batter, polenta fries and caper remoulade. Each can be had, with a pint of Palm, for $20. The pairing is available in addition to the regular menu from 5:00-11:00pm. Raise a glass to Belgian independence (from the Netherlands, in case you weren’t totally sure). Call Bokx 109 at 617.454.3399 for a table.
