BBQ devotees take note – Chef Brooke Vosika is adding another of his much sought after barbeque classes to this month’s schedule. On Thursday, July 21st from 6:30 to 8:30pm you can watch the Four Seasons chef as he grills and smokes his way through a bunch of shrimp and his famous ribs, cooks up a bunch of bbq-worthy sides and even throws in a dessert.
