Cooking from the Farmer’s Market

Learn how to cook fresh from the farm with a little help from John Gilman and the BCAE. On Monday, July 18th, the Church chef will show his students how to use local, freshly plucked from the farmer’s market produce to create a three course meal. Students will leave full, happy and armed with some new knowledge and a bunch of recipes. The class, which costs $65 plus a $15 materials fee ($55 for BCAE members), runs from 6:00 to 9:00pm.
