North Meets South at Craigie

Returning the southern hospitality that Charleston showed him in March, chef Tony Maws will welcome McCrady’s chef Sean Brock for another evening of collaborative cooking, this time in Cambridge. On Tuesday, July 12th, Craigie on Main‘s kitchen will be chock full of low country cuisine meets impeccably fresh New England produce as the two James Beard Award winners work to craft six full courses. The menu is not yet set, but it’s probably a safe bet to assume some heritage breed pork will make its way on there somewhere. The one communal seating, which begins at 7:00pm, costs $150 per person, which includes dinner, passed hors d’oeuvres, and wine and spirits pairings.
