Cheesy Summer Evenings at L’Espalier

L’Espalier has cooked up few more ways to indulge the fromage fanatics out there with a new Cheese Tuesday schedule. Sign on any of the upcoming installments and let fromager and maitre d’ Louis Risoli guide you through his selection of cheeses. Chefs Frank McClelland and Shane O’Neill do their part by preparing a scrumptious four-course meal built around the aforementioned cheeses. To top it all off, wine director Erik Johnson will pour appropriately paired wines. Guests are served at large communal tables and encouraged to mingle and learn from each other.
