Butcher Block Tuesdays at Sel de la Terre

The chefs at Sel de la Terre Back Bay know their nose-to-tail cooking – see for yourself at their new Butcher Block Tuesday series. Every other Tuesday, starting on May 17th they’ll be roasting a whole animal and serving it family-style with charcuterie, sides and dessert. A seat at the table (sans beverages) will cost you $48 so sign on for the inaugural event, which will feature a whole hog or see what they’ve got planned for future installments. Call 617.266.8800.
