The chefs at Sel de la Terre Back Bay know their nose-to-tail cooking – see for yourself at their new Butcher Block Tuesday series. Every other Tuesday, starting on May 17th they’ll be roasting a whole animal and serving it family-style with charcuterie, sides and dessert.
