Kaiseki at Clio & Uni

Chef Ken Oringer gets his chefly friends together for a multi-course fundraiser at Clio and Uni on Sunday, April 17th. Tickets aren't cheap at $250 apiece, but take a look at the evening's line-up: the aforementioned Oringer, (of Clio, Uni, Toro, Coppa, KO Prime and La Verdad); Ming Tsai (of Blue Ginger); Michael Schlow (of Radius, Via Matta, Alta Strada and Tico); Tony Maws (of Craigie on Main); Barry Maiden (of Hungry Mother); Seth Raynor (of The Boarding House, Pearl and Corazon del Mar); Jamie Bissonnette (of Coppa and Toro); Chris Gould (of Uni); Doug Rodrigues and Ralph Perrazzo (both of Clio). Whatever's coming out of the kitchen (which will be paired with assorted Japanese beverages) will undoubtedly be worth the price tag. And besides, all proceeds will help rebuild areas affected by the earthquake and tsunami. Dinner starts at 7:00pm. Call 617.536.7200 to reserve your table.
