Wild Flavors on the Waterfront

Cookbook author Didi Emmons and her muse Eva Sommaripa turn up at Sam’s on Tuesday, December 6th. Book a table to enjoy three courses fresh from the pages of Wild Flavors: One Chef’s Transformative Year Cooking from Eva’s Farm as interpreted and prepared by resident chef Asia Mei. The menu, available in addition to the regular menu, is priced at $40 per person, not including tax or gratuity.
