Burgers & Burgundy at the Bristol Lounge

The burger at The Bristol Lounge has a loyal following - and chef Brooke Vosika gives it its due with his Burgers & Burgundy series. Every Wednesday night, burger lovers can enjoy the object of their gastronomic desire paired with two ½ glasses of Burgundian-style wines chosen by wine director Jason Irving. He'll be opening bottles that aren't regularly available by the glass so it's a tasty little opportunity to try something new. Burgers & Burgundy costs $30 per person not including tax or gratuity - the burger itself is on the menu (augmented, as it is, with Vermont cheddar, house-made pickles and truffle fries) for $20 so it's not a bad deal.
