Cafe Fleuri's 21st Season of Chocolate Bar

Calling all cacao fans - the 21st season of Café Fleuri's famous Chocolate Bar is in full swing. The sweet feast continues under the direction of pastry chef Jed Hackney whose heavenly desserts draw inspiration from Boston's many and varied neighborhoods - bittersweet chocolate chestnut mousse is a nod to the North End; mango and white chocolate pudding takes its cues from Chinatown; and homemade crackerjack is lifted straight from the Fenway snack stands. Of course the old Langham favorites like chocolate croissant bread pudding and Boston cream pie will make an appearance as well. The all-you-can-eat buffet costs $38 for adults and $25 for kids aged 5-12. Reservations for the Chocolate Bar, which is held every Saturday right up through June 26th, are available at 11:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm and 1:30pm. There are also entire hotel packages available for those of you who want to stretch the chocolaty goodness out over the whole weekend. For reservations, call 617.451.1900, ext. 7125.
