Wine Director Jason Irving reinvents Aujourd'hui's wine tasting series in a Bristol Lounge-appropriate format with Tuesdays Uncorked. Reserve a seat at one of the weekly gatherings (reservations are required) and you and your companions can try three region-specific wines paired with a dish from chef Brooke Vosika's For Sharing menu. The tastings cost $25 per person (not including tax or gratuity) and guests are more than welcome to stick around for dinner or a snack afterwards. Check the schedule below (which is subject to change) and see which regions are most intriguing, then call 617.351.2037 to save yourself a space between 5:30 and 6:30pm.
