Even during the darkest and coldest winter months, the team at L'Espalier continues to come up with new creative and seasonal topics to explore at their Wine Monday series. Brave the weather and sign on for one of the informal and relaxed evenings and you'll get a night full of lively conversation, vinous knowledge and delicious food. Chefs Frank McClelland and James Hackney have developed quite the rapport with sommelier Erik Johnson and the trio produces tasty and inventive food and wine pairings week after week - menus that'll really get conversations going around the communal tables. The four-course meal, which costs $60, begins at 7:00pm in the restaurant's book-lined library. Reservations can be made by calling L'Espalier directly at 617.262.3023.
