Margate Mondays at Clink

Spend some quality time in the kitchen at Clink where chef Joseph Margate is hosting Margate Mondays. Pick your theme from the installments listed below and get over to the Liberty Hotel for a later afternoon/early evening tutorial. Margate will taking a closer look at some seasonal fruits and veggies...say, winter fruits or braising greens like kale, chards, collards and mustards, for example. Guests at the hour long get together, which starts at 4:00pm, will get to see him in action while they sip a glass of wine. There's limited availability and space does tend to go quickly so be sure you call 617.224.4000 or rsvp via email.
