2010 Silk Road Gala
On Saturday, October 23rd The InterContinental Boston is hosting the 2010 Silk Road Gala to benefit the Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence (ATASK). This year's event chair, Ming Tsai of Blue Ginger has managed to get a bunch of his most accomplished chefly friends to donate their skills to the evening's festivities - be on the lookout for Michael Schlow of Radius, Via Matta and Alta Strada, Jody Adams of Rialto, Jasper White of Summer Shack and Devanand Chinta of the InterContinental's own Miel Brasserie Provencale to name a few. Tickets to this black tie optional event, which also features live and silent auctions and entertainment, cost $175 per person - buy yours by visiting the ATASK website.
