Battle of the Burgers at Sel de la Terre

Fancy yourself the best of the best when it comes to burgers? Then take note - during the month of June, the folks at Sel de la Terre Long Wharf invite all burger buffs to send along their recipes for the best original burger. Come Tuesday, June 30th, the best three recipes (the ones deemed the most creative, delicious and budget friendly by the SDLT chefs) will compete head to head in a burger cook-off in the Sel de la Terre kitchen. On Sunday, July 5th the winners will be invited back to recreate their burger for folks in the dining room. Diners who want in on the fun can purchase slider-sized versions of each entry (for $5) and vote for their favorite. There is a little bit of fine print - see all the details here. Once you're confident your burger qualifies (and will kick butt) submit your recipe to lily.rosenbloom@seldelaterre.com. Maybe you should see what the Sel de la Terre team thinks a good burger tastes like - they've got one on the lunch menu at their Long Wharf location.
