Join chef Jody Adams of Rialto as she leads a series of spring and summer cooking classes that cover everything from shopping to butchering to grilling. Each class begins at 11:00am and costs $100 per person - that covers the cooking demonstration, a seated lunch, wine pairings and a take home recipe booklet so you can try your hand at Adams' recipes in the comfort of your own home. Saturday, May 30th - Spring Lamb
Chef Adams will guide students through the process of butchering this favorite spring meat, and then provide them with several different preparations.
Saturday, June 13th - Italian Market Food
In this class, Jody will share a collection of Sicilian street food recipes with her students that she garnered from her many travels including panzella, porketta, pizza and gelato.
Sunday, July 12th - Farmer's Market Tour & Grilling Class
This final class will begin with a tour of the Harvard Square farmer's market and move on to a grilling session so that students can learn interesting ways to simply prepare the best of summer's bounty.
