As if the views from the dining room weren’t enough, chef Kyle Ketchum’s New Year’s Eve menu is enough to lure Bostonians down to Newport for New Year’s Eve. He’s planned two menus for two seatings, the first, available at 6:00pm features five course for $125 per person ($175 with wine), while the second, available starting at 9:00pm, features seven courses for $165 ($240 with wine). Sportello
Sportello and Drink team up for a spectacular New Year’s Eve fete in Fort Point Channel. Chef-owner Barbara Lynch and her team will be providing cocktails and champagne, and delectable hors d’oeuvres, small plates and sweets while radio personality Ron Della Chiesa takes care of the evening’s entertainment (so bring your dancing shoes). Top of the Hub
Celebrate New Year’s Eve in true Top of the Hub style this year – with live jazz, spectacular views, and a delicious menu from chef Mark Porcaro. The festivities, fifty two floors up, start at 7:30pm with a cocktail reception, follow by a six-course meal and a fun and fizzy champagne toast at midnight. With help from George Schwartz of Vias Imports, chef-owner Ken DeFazio takes his New Year’s Eve diners on a five-course tour of the Piedmont region of Italy. Say good riddance to 2009 at Vox Populi. They’ll be getting ready for the better times ahead with a four-course menu from chef Ryan LaFrance and a late night party that’ll go on into the wee hours.
