Gain a little vinous knowledge and channel your inner sommelier at Via Matta's Monday night wine series, Vino da Tavolo. Wine director Manny Gonzales welcomes guests to join him in the enoteca for a casual and intimate roundtable discussion of wine and wine culture. Guests - newbies and experts alike - will get a chance to weigh in on the wines, sharing their opinions and helping Gonzales shape the wine list. Chef Mike Pagliarini will be serving plates of Michael Schlow-approved Italian fare to bring out the best in the vino. These evenings get underway at 6:00pm and generally cost $25.25 per person (unless noted otherwise).
