Get acquainted with Don Julio this Cinco de Mayo with Grafton Street’s annual tequila dinner. On Tuesday, May 5th, chef Jose Bessa will be churning out holiday hot plates like tequila-marinated steak tacos with house-made tortillas and roasted rack of lamb with grilled zucchini. The four-course prix fixe, available for $45 per person, comes complete with celebratory libations. Bar manager Morgan Carney will be mixing up specialty cocktails for pairing with each dish and you can expect more than your average margarita. Carney plays to Don Julio’s strengths with garnishes like honey-avocado ice, Sriracha salt and blueberry-lavender simple syrup.
