Get a taste of how good organic grapes can be at Clink’s wine dinner on Wednesday, April 22nd. The prix fixe menu from chef Bradford Rainville will include dishes like trout with smoked aioli and pickled onions, and roasted chicken with schmaltz and spring peas. Each of the four courses will be paired with organic and sustainable wines and a guest winemaker will be on-hand to talk diners through tasting notes.
