La Vie Boulud

Francophiles and food lovers have good reason to be at Bar Boulud on Thursday, April 23rd for a special chefly collaboration. Famed chef-owner Daniel Boulud (author of 8 cookbooks and winner of multiple James Beard awards) will come in from New York to join forces with chef de cuisine Aaron Chambers. Boulud is a native of Lyon, France while Chambers hails from Yorkshire and was trained in the French culinary tradition. They’ll be serving a line-up of some of Boulud’s best French recipes, available during dinner service from 5:30-10:00pm.
