Dark Wines & Duck in Dorchester

The dbar team celebrates the delicious pairing of dark wines and duck with their upcoming wine dinner on Wednesday, March 4th. Four succulent courses from chef Chris Coombs, including duck confit and seared duck breast with duck fat potatoes, will be paired with dark red Pinot Noirs for a fitting farewell to winter.
