Learn to Love Languedoc-Roussillon Wines

Chef Lucas Sousa and the team at Beacon Hill Bistro are teaming up with M.S. Walker for a night of food and education covering one very special region: Languedoc–Roussillon. On Wednesday, March 25th guests will learn about this wine producing region in Southern France via Cecilia Rait and Tracy Burgis who’ll walk diners through the history of the regions and distinctive characteristics of the wine. Chef Sousa will be serving a four-course menu of globally-inspired dishes and ingredients to pair with the pours. The evening begins at 7:00pm and costs just $65 per person.
