Italy’s Bubble Belt

Things get fizzy at Puritan & Company on Wednesday, February 4th with their Italy’s Bubble Belt wine dinner. As part of their Wine Wednesdays series, the restaurant will explore effervescent reds and whites from Italian regions like Piedmont, Liguria, Veneto and Emilia-Romagna. Chef Will Gilson’s kitchen will prepare small plates for pairing with the featured sparklings, like Podere il Saliceto’s Bi Fri and Fondo Bozzole’s Incantabiss. Dinner begins at 7:00pm and costs $65 per person. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 617.615.6195.
