Dbar Does Bordeaux

If the East Coast’s winter weather has you dreaming of the South of France, get yourself to dbar on Wednesday, February 4th for a night of warming wines. As part of their monthly wine dinner series, chef-owner Chris Coombs will cook up five courses of French cuisine for pairing with pours from France’s beloved Bordeaux region. Wine representatives will be on hand to walk you through your sips as you dine on sumptuous dishes like duck confit cassoulet and braised lamb shank.
