Wicked Fancy Pants Wine Dinner

Craigie on Main dusts off their fancy pants for a sophisticated Suduiraut wine dinner on Thursday, January 29th. To hold their own against the historical winery’s rare French wines, chef-owner Tony Maws has crafted a rich, five-course prix fixe menu including succulent dishes like braised rabbit, roasted scallops, lobster and foie gras. Technical Director Pierre Montegut will be in attendance to pour tastes of sweet white Sauternes, one as old as 1975, and to dole out wisdom from the over 400-year-old winery.
